Wild Horse Wind Power Project Application

On March 9, 2004, Zilkha Renewable Energy, LLC, through Wind Ridge Power Partners, LLC, its wholly owned subsidiary, submitted an Application for Site Certification to the Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council for the proposed Wild Horse Wind Power Project.

The Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council voted to approve the Wild Horse Wind Power Project on May 25, 2005 and sent its approval recommendation to the Governor on June 8, 2005.

On July 26, 2005, Governor Gregoire approved the Wild Horse Wind Power Project. Construction is planned to begin during the Fall of 2005.
