November 2025: Policy #16-01 comment period

We’re now accepting comments on a new update to Policy #16-01. At the October Council meeting, staff announced that they were working on a clarifying amendment to Policy 16-01, which delegated certain plan approvals to the EFSEC director. The proposed amendment in the form of a redlined Policy 16-01 is now available for review. We welcome your thoughts, concerns, or helpful information.
