Starbuck Power Project
Potential Site Study

Potential Site Study:
  • On February 14, 2000, Northwest Power Enterprises, Inc. (NPE), requested that EFSEC initiate a Potential Site Study for  a 1100 Megawatt gas fired power plant to be situated near the town of Starbuck in Eastern Washington.
  • Informational Open Houses were held December 5, 2000 in Dayton, and December 6, in Starbuck WA. Meeting Handout in Adobe Acrobat PDF Format (5 pages); EFSEC project siting review flow chart PDF (1 page legal size).
