Driving directions: From I-5 Southbound take Exit 105 B (City Center/Port of Olympia), from I-5 Northbound take Exit 105 A (State Capitol/Downtown). After the traffic light at Plum Street and Union Avenue, take the left turn lane into the parking lot for the Town Square Complex. The Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council Office is located at 905 Plum Street, NE. Parking is located on the east (via Plum St.) and west (via 8th Ave) sides of the building. The public entrance is on the southwest corner of the building. The EFSEC office is located on the 3rd floor.
