A public meeting was held in Blaine, WA on October 1, 2003 to receive comments on the DEIS.

Written comments are being accepted through November 3, 2003.

The deadline for written comments has been extended through November 3, 2003. Please send your comments to either:

Comments should be as specific as possible and may address the adequacy of the DEIS or the merits of alternatives discussed, or both.  Commentors are encouraged to supply relevant additional information, respond to the methodologies and processes identified in the DEIS, and/or respond to the mitigation measures identified.  To be considered, comments must be postmarked or e-mailed by November 3, 2003.
