On November 16, 2009 EFSEC issued
Order No. 843
recommending the Governor approve the Desert Claim Wind Power Project -
Draft Site Certification
Agreement.
Parties to the adjudicative proceeding have until November 30, 2009
to request EFSEC reconsider its decision.
